Reserve a Conference Room
Vivian Stark McCallum Room
The library provides the Vivian Stark McCallum Room as a public meeting place for use by government agencies and nonprofit organizations engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual, recreational, or charitable activities.
The McCallum room seats up to 80 people and may be reserved up to two months in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. No fees are charged for meeting room use. The McCallum Room use is not intended for recurring meetings or classes.
Reservations for the Vivian Stark McCallum Room can be made in person at the first floor Ask Us desk, or by filling out the form below. We do not accept applications by fax. Download a copy of the conference room guidelines for a complete list of room reservation requirements.
Please note: No reservation for the McCallum Room shall be legally binding. The Library Director may cancel any room reservation or display at any time, with or without cause.
Availability is limited. Please submit your application at least two weeks in advance. Allow at least two business days to process your application.
