What technology do I need to take the course?

You will need a computer, tablet, laptop, or phone with sound capability and a hi-speed Internet connection.

I forgot my password!

That’s okay. You can email and we will look it up for you.

One of the handouts isn’t downloading.

Oh no! Please email us at and we will send you a copy of the handout.

Class is not loading properly/Something’s not working:

Make sure your browser is updated. We suggest using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for best results.

Can I stop and save class?

Yes! Click the Save button in the top right hand corner of the screen. You can log out and the class will resume at your stopping point when you log back in.

The class is slow to load/audio cutting in and out:

We’re so sorry that’s your experience today. These issues are related to our class vendor’s server or a slow internet connection. We suggest saving your spot in the class and resuming at a later time.

Will I earn continuing education credits for this course?

Yes! For each webinar you take, you will earn one hour of CE credit.

When will I receive my certificate?

You can print your certificate at the end of the course. If you have not received your certificate, please email

Do I need to send answers to discussion questions in order to receive credit for the course?

No, it is not necessary to send your answers to us. We simply ask that you take time to ponder your personal thoughts on the question to help further your learning. However, if you do send your answers to us, we will compile them and add them to a running document where other learners can see everyone’s answers. By sending your answers to us, you are contributing to your virtual classmate’s learning!

Where can I see other people’s answers to discussion questions?

During the beginning of each course, each student is given a list of handouts to download. Discussion answers as currently compiled can be found there. Not seeing a handout for discussion answers? That’s because our classes are new and we are waiting for your answers! Send yours to to contribute.

Why can’t I skip through sections?

In order to offer continuing education credit, it is required that our online classes do not allow students to skip ahead.

Why are there quiz questions?

Because we are testing your knowledge! It is a class after all! Don’t sweat the questions too much. If you get one wrong, you can re-take the quiz until you get the right answer.

Will more webinars be available in the future?

We do have plans for more webinars in the future and are in the planning stages.
