We are not able to process emergency passports.
Adult DS-82 renewals have to be mailed off by the applicant via the US Postal Service.
One passport application per 10 minute slot.

Step 1: Gather what you need.

Citizenship Evidence

- Citizenship Evidence, opens a new window and photocopy of Citizenship Evidence.
Photo ID

- Photo ID, opens a new window and photocopy of Photo ID (front and back). For minor applications, use parent's photo IDs.
Passport Photo

- One (1) 2x2 passport photo. Must meet photo requirements, opens a new window.
- Passport photo service is available on-site for $15. Please indicate if you will need a photo taken when filling out the appointment form.
Fees: Two separate Payments

- Passport Fee: Check or money order only. Must be made out to "U.S. Department of State". To see how much you will pay, please visit Passport Application Fees.
- Acceptance Fee: $35 per application paid to "City of Frisco". All forms of payment accepted.

Step 2: Book an appointment.
- Select a date in the calendar using the button below.
- Select a time slot that is available. One appointment per application.
- Review what you will need to bring.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Appointments can be booked no more than 2 weeks in advance.
- New appointments are released every day at midnight.
Step 3: Check-in at the CONNECTION Desk with all required documents.

From Stonebriar Centre:
Enter the mall from any entrance and head towards the food court on the 2nd level. Walk into the hallway behind the carousel and turn left. You'll see our space and branded book locker.
