Wanting fun things to do this summer, but gas prices have you bummed out? Check out this list of free activities to do around Frisco.
- July 3 and 4 – Frisco Freedom Fest, opens a new window
- Celebrate the 4th of July with live music, food, and a fireworks show.
- July 7 – Family Tech Night at Frisco Public Library, opens a new window
- Explore eSports, animation, robotics, and more at this come and get tech event.
- July 9 – History of Play, opens a new window
- On Saturday, July 9th from 1-4pm the Frisco Heritage Center will be hosting a play day featuring historic pioneer games and modern video games for all ages.
- July 10 – Backyard BBQ and Family Fun Day, opens a new window
- Taking place at the Grove at Frisco Commons from 10:30am-1pm
- July 12 – Touch-a-Truck, opens a new window
- Explore vehicles of all types with hands-on interaction at our free Touch-A-Truck event. While there you may see things that drive, fly, float and help our city and parks run efficiently.
- July 14 – Junior Ranger Station: Urban Wildlife, opens a new window
- Become a Frisco Junior Ranger by registering, opens a new window and downloading the handbook, opens a new window online. Then attend the Thursday stations throughout the summer to earn badges.
- July 15 – Let’s Roll Frisco, opens a new window
- Grab your skates and let’s roll, Frisco! We are setting up a temporary outdoor roller-skating course in front of City Hall. Bring your friends, jam to the 80’s music, and maybe try your best Limbo.
- July 16 – Play Artistically Open House , opens a new window
- Hosted by Play Frisco and Frisco Parks & Rec, this open house event at Frisco Discovery Center will have live performances and activities.
- July 20 – MLB Pitch, Hit & Run 2022, opens a new window
- Hosted by Play Frisco and Frisco Parks & Rec, this event gives baseball & softball players the opportunity to compete against each other at the Dr. Pepper ballpark center where the Frisco Roughriders play.
- July 22 – Movie in the Park, opens a new window
- Join us for a free movie night at Frisco Commons Amphitheater. Gather your blanket or chairs, some snacks and water, and enjoy time with your family. We are playing Luca; rated PG. Movie starts at dusk.
