Learn how to create 3D models that can be printed on a 3D printer. Participants will learn how to use the beginner friendly web-based Tinkercad.com to create 3D models.

Design for Laser Cutters, opens a new window
7:00 PM – 8:30 PM | August 4, 2022

Learn how to create 2D designs that can be engraved or cut using the library's laser cutter. Participants will learn the basics of using the free, web-based program Canva to create basic designs.

This class is perfect for those with no experience coding and those wanting to get started with learning the Python computer language.

Get a fast-paced introduction to Python. In this course, you can learn what Python is and why it's become such a powerful and in-demand programming language. Python expert and trainer Lavanya Vijayan shares the fundamentals of programming in Python with data types, variables, functions, sequences, conditional statements, iteration, and recursion.
