We are excited to announce that HeritageQuest is back and available from home! Provided by the same company that provides Ancestry.com, it has a similar look and feel.
My personal favorite tool in HeritageQuest is their census search fields. HeritageQuest allows you to choose a census year, narrow down to a specific city and view every page from that city or you can just search within that city. For the 1930 United States Federal Census there were 13 pages for Frisco compared to 8 pages in 1910. It is amazing!
This is just one of the great genealogy resources you can access from home.
Now is a great time to research where your family came from! Who knows, maybe you are related to Benedict Cumberbatch! If you need any assistance with your research, please email us at library@friscotexas.gov.
