Flash Fiction is a unique form of extreme brevity, in which a writer creates a story from introduction, to climax, to resolution using only a few hundred words. While there is no defined word count, typically these stories range from 300-1000 words. As you can imagine this can be quite challenging and rewarding.

These instructor-led six-week courses are offered each month and have an interactive learning environment. All you need is your library card. Write Club
You don’t have to do this alone. Join a writing group! Write Club, opens a new window is a local writers’ group that provides critiques, support, and networking opportunities to both published and aspiring authors in all genres of writing. From blogger to novelist, all writers are welcome. Having support as a writer is important and can help motivate you to keep going when you hit a wall.
