November Friends’ Reading Challenge Genre – Historical Fiction

By FPLFriend_Susan

As the days get shorter and your house gets cozier it might be a good time to read something historic but not completely true. Let’s read Historical Fiction titles this month. Grab a book that is a fictional story that takes place inside of an actual historic event or time period and read away. When you’re done reading, come by The Bookshop and fill out your entry form. You will be entered to win a $5 Book Bucks Bookshop gift card. One winner will be chosen in early December and notified by email or text. Readers of all ages are eligible to participate, and a drawing is held each month.

Below are a few suggestions for Historical Fiction titles available from the library. You can feel free to read something you already have on your TBR stack or better yet, stop by The Friends’ Bookshop and choose a great book from the Reading Challenge display. We’ve got some great reads at quite reasonable pricing!
