Reboot & Recharge: Self-Care Ideas

By FPL_Sunita

We all live in a time of uncertainty and stress. In these times, who doesn't need a bit more self-care? It's important to take a moment, pause, and relax. Listen to your body and feel your energy. We all need to create a space and check with ourselves every day and do one small thing for ourselves that we need and want to do. Taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be expensive. You can love yourself by eating healthy, reading, taking that mid-week siesta, and going for a walk.

If you are looking for more self-care ideas, check out these resources and create a monthly self-care challenge to boost both your physical and mental health.
